Authenticity

As spring brings a wave of natural authenticity, it’s a good reminder for us to reflect on how we’re living. Authenticity means being true to ourselves—aligning our actions with our values, expressing ourselves honestly, and embracing vulnerability. But it’s not always easy due to pressures to conform and fear of judgment. On the mat, we can practice authenticity by listening to our bodies, honoring our limits, and embracing imperfection.
