But it’s not always easy due to pressures to conform and fear of judgment. On the mat, we can practice authenticity by listening to our bodies, honoring our limits, and embracing imperfection. Off the mat, we can carry this by being honest with ourselves, speaking our truth, and letting go of the need for approval.
